  • General Objectives of the Course 

    1.Master the English language by speaking it accurately, focusing on grammar, pronunciation, and word use.
    2.Communicate clearly and successfully.
    3.Accomplish basic communicative transactions in English.
    4.Express oneself effectively in different authentic conversational situations.
    


     

  • Prerequisites

    To successfully accomplish this Oral Expression Course, students should have a basic understanding of:
    1. Basic Knowledge of English Grammar and Vocabulary: Students should have a foundational understanding of English grammar and a basic vocabulary to facilitate comprehension and expression.
    2. Listening Skills: Students should be able to understand spoken English in various contexts and accents to follow conversations and instructions.
    3. Reading Skills: Students should have the ability to read and comprehend English texts, as this helps in preparing for discussions and understanding context.
    4. Writing Skills: Basic writing skills are necessary for note-taking, preparing speeches, and organizing thoughts before verbal expression.
