The Role of Bureaucracies of ancient Civilizations in the Evolution of the Administrative Function
Abstract. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the processes of evolution of social, economic, political and administrative structures across different human civilizations: Roman, Indian, Athens, Pharaohs and Muslim. Also to explain the administrative function evolvement through the ancient governor lines which impressed the world with its administrative methods development. The historical method and institutional approach were used to accentuate their landmarks in different sides with a focus on the political and administrative organization. So, the purpose of this paper is to accentuate the bureaucracies’ evolvements of ancient civilizations in the development of governance systems and the public administration.
